Fore Innovations 2003-2013 Chevy Corvette C5/C6 V8 L4 Dual Pump Return-Style Fuel System - 1200+rwhp on gas (Regulator AFTER Rails)

FI-38-524
The Fore Innovations 2003-2013 Chevy Corvette C5/C6 V8 L4 Dual Pump Fuel Pump Return-Style Fuel System is now available. This module will fit in the OEM fuel tank requires interfacing the OE harness and FPDM in certain applications. The module consists of a billet top-hat, wiring and pump holder.

1400 rwhp capable boost referenced fuel system. Feed line is split with y-block to enter rear of rails. Regulator is mounted after customer supplied rails (or directly on front of rails). Includes secondary OE regulator bypass plug (replaces regulator in the passenger side tank) so that fuel transfer will occur when boost/vacuum referenced or when running lower fuel pressure than stock settings. Use in conjunction with a complete return style fuel system for 1000+ rwhp with dual fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pump under load). Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck.

This product has many options see the blue "choose product options" to configure your system and avoid any delays!

Note: This system does NOT include fuel pumps or fuel pump filter they can all be added using the product options.

Description

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

Frequent Asked Questions

Q: Can I use this system with E85?
A: Yes, as long as you select microglass ssd or stainless filter element and select E85 rated fuel pumps.

Q: What do I need to add a Flex-Fuel sensor to this system?
A: Fore offers flex-fuel intercept fittings that uses a GM/Continental style flex-fuel sensor which is good for those making 1100 HP if you're making over 1100 HP we recommend the AFD E-Sense Billet Sensor which can have fittings up to -12 AN which is capable of handling 2000+ HP.

Q: Should I select the FC2 or FC3 controller?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.

FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.

Q: Should I select the F2i fuel regulator or F4i regulator?
A: F2i: The standard option included in most kits. Features 2 ORB-8 pressure ports, 1 1/8" NPT auxiliary port, 2 1/8" NPT map reference ports, and 1 ORB-8 return port. Ideal for most builds not running additional or DI fuel rails. Note: additional fittings or blocks may be needed in tight routing situations.

F4i: The best option when running fuel rails and DI rails simultaneously into a single regulator, 16-injector dual fuel rail setups, or supplying fuel to a nitrous system. Features 2 ORB-8 + 2 ORB-10 pressure ports, 2 1/8" NPT map reference ports, and 1 ORB-10 return port. Note: Some installations are simplified when using the F4i regulator as having the 4 pressure ports can eliminate use of extra fittings or blocks making for a cleaner less expensive fittings combo.

Q: What is the difference between PTFE and RH235 Fuel Hose?
A: PTFE Hose: Lasts indefinitely with all fuel types and is non-permeable (no fuel odor in enclosed spaces). Downsides are longer installation times, stainless steel outer braid can scratch surfaces and make noise/vibrations.

Red Horse 235 Hose (RH235): Features nylon outer sleeve protects surfaces and reduces noise/vibration and they're faster to assemble. Downsides are they only have a 5–7 year service life and requires a cable cutter to cut.
