All Clamps on our website include the clamp, inner sleeve, and O-ring.
Typically you will need one of our clamps, which includes the sleeve and o-ring, and two weld ferrules to connect each side. If you have an MAX/Universal throttle body, or other part with the ferrule already attached to the end, you will need to purchase only one ferrule with the clamp.
