Fore Innovations 2005-2023 Dodge/Chrysler SRT/RT LX L1E Dual Pump Fuel System - 800rwhp on gas (Regulator BEFORE OE fuel rails)
This product has many options see the blue "choose product options" to configure your system and avoid any delays!
Note: This system does NOT include fuel pumps or fuel pump filters they can all be added using the product options.
Description
This is a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers and tuners must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM (if required), understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.
What's included in the base system?
LX Fuel Pump Module (dual pump)
F2i Fuel Pressure Regulator
88mm Inline Fuel Filter (can be upgraded for E85 applications)
FCV Checkvalve (filter mounted)
OE Regulator Blockoff kit
OE Feed Line Blockoff kit
All fittings, hose, and hardware necessary to complete typical fuel line plumbing

Fitment:
2005+ Chrysler 300C
2006+ Dodge Charger
2008+ Dodge Challenger
2005-2008 Dodge Magnum
*Will not fit Hellcat, Demon or Redeye
Level Sender Type:
Type 1 level senders were supplied from 2005-2011 (pump replacement after 2012 will typically have Type 2 level sender)
Type 2 level senders were supplied from on the 5.7 from 2011-2019 and on the 6.1L/6.4L from 2011-2021.
Type 3 (OE on 2020-2023 with 5.7L, 2022-2023 with 6.4L): Type 3 is a new design with a different design of fuel tank. The pump assembly and function is completely different than Type 1 and Type 2 and shares no parts in common.
*2011 model years require visual confirmation of Type 1 or Type 2 level sender.
Fuel Type:
Gasoline / race gas: choose if you are will only be running typical pump gas or race gasoline, such as MS109, C16, Q16, etc.
*This system is not compatible with ethanol blends over 15%
Important Note:
This fuel system produces significantly more heat and flow capacity than the factory setup. The high-output pumps generate additional heat, and the composite fuel tank acts as an insulator, retaining that heat. Furthermore, the design of the factory tank limits fuel pickup capacity. To prevent heat-related damage and maintain consistent fuel delivery, drivers must keep the tank fuller than normal at all times.
Frequent Asked Questions
Q: Can I use this system with E85?
A: Yes, as long as you select microglass ssd or stainless filter element and select E85 rated fuel pumps.
Q: What do I need to add a Flex-Fuel sensor to this system?
A: Fore offers flex-fuel intercept fittings that uses a GM/Continental style flex-fuel sensor which is good for those making 1100 HP if you're making over 1100 HP we recommend the AFD E-Sense Billet Sensor which can have fittings up to -12 AN which is capable of handling 2000+ HP.
Q: Should I select the FC2 or FC3 controller?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.
FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.
Q: Should I select the F2i fuel regulator or F4i regulator?
A: F2i: The standard option included in most kits. Features 2 ORB-8 pressure ports, 1 1/8" NPT auxiliary port, 2 1/8" NPT map reference ports, and 1 ORB-8 return port. Ideal for most builds not running additional or DI fuel rails. Note: additional fittings or blocks may be needed in tight routing situations.
F4i: The best option when running fuel rails and DI rails simultaneously into a single regulator, 16-injector dual fuel rail setups, or supplying fuel to a nitrous system. Features 2 ORB-8 + 2 ORB-10 pressure ports, 2 1/8" NPT map reference ports, and 1 ORB-10 return port. Note: Some installations are simplified when using the F4i regulator as having the 4 pressure ports can eliminate use of extra fittings or blocks making for a cleaner less expensive fittings combo.
Q: What is the difference between PTFE and RH235 Fuel Hose?
A: PTFE Hose: Lasts indefinitely with all fuel types and is non-permeable (no fuel odor in enclosed spaces). Downsides are longer installation times, stainless steel outer braid can scratch surfaces and make noise/vibrations.
Red Horse 235 Hose (RH235): Features nylon outer sleeve protects surfaces and reduces noise/vibration and they're faster to assemble. Downsides are they only have a 5–7 year service life and requires a cable cutter to cut.
