These turbocharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation other than fuel system and tuning. This includes headers, bypass valves, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings, and clamps. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend.

This kit installs easily with hand tools in a home garage or at a performance shop. It includes large 3″ piping and comes standard with billet ball bearing Hellion turbochargers (multiple options available depending on budget/ultimate power goal). Every little detail was thought of, including a high flow air to air intercooler that works at multiple power levels. The power of this kit can be adjusted with an optional boost controller from right inside the car. Let’s say you want to be mild and keep the power down to a few psi, just set the controller to stage 1. If you head to the track and want to add 7 psi for instance, just reach over, and simply change to stage 2, 7psi – it’s that easy. No pulleys or belts to change – fully controllable power from the comfort of the driver’s seat.

Hellion Turbo vs Supercharger
When compared to a supercharger unit, the twin-turbo system has a broader power band than comparable superchargers. For example, a supercharger makes peak horsepower at peak RPM, let’s say 6,500 RPM. A turbo will make peak power at a lower RPM, say 4,000 RPM. The turbo will then carry the power to redline. The supercharger will have a lower bhp at 4,000 RPM. The turbo will have no parasitic loss as the turbo is driven with spent exhaust gases while the supercharger is belt-driven. 

More Power Potential 
This system was designed to operate from 5lbs to over 30lbs if desired. Most customers only run 5lbs of boost, which in the case of The Hellraiser, will make an average of 550rwhp (over 600 horsepower at the crank). Turning the boost up with a turbo is as easy as changing the wastegate spring or adding a manual or electronic boost controller. 

Easier On Your Engine 
Since the Hellraiser kit is fully modular in terms of boost, a turbo kit can be a safe and reliable choice for fully built engines or stock engines. 

Factory Fitment 
Everything is supplied in the system from full tubular headers, turbos, downpipes, wastegates, and all the bells and whistles needed to install the turbo kit into your vehicle. Quality fitment ensures that the turbocharger kit gives a stock-fitment look under the hood that bolts into the factory exhaust location.

This will allow the retention of all factory accessories since the turbo is driven with spent exhaust gasses rather than a belt-driven supercharger.
