Remote Tuning Policies

Basic Computer Knowledge: This process necessitates basic computer skills. Users should be acquainted with tasks like sending/receiving emails, adding and opening attachments, and installing software.

Email Communication: All communication regarding remote tuning should be via email. Please refrain from calling our shop for remote tuning updates or revisions, as all remote tuning inquiries are handled exclusively via email.

Data Logging Understanding: Users should possess a sound understanding of the data logging process, including reading and loading tunes.

Data Log Submissions: Data logs attached to an email must specify the number of the tune revision corresponding to the log. Emails with data logs should be brief, descriptive, and only contain one data log unless multiple logs are explicitly requested.

Communication Frequency: To ensure efficient processing and response times, please refrain from sending multiple emails in the same day. Our typical response time ranges from 4 to 24 hours. This approach allows us to address your inquiries and tuning needs effectively.

Scope of Service: This is a tuning service and does not extend to build consultation or mechanical issue troubleshooting. While guidance can be provided, it remains the user's responsibility to gather information and address mechanical or electrical issues. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
