This is a Whipple Intercooled Stage 1 Supercharger System with the revolutionary Gen 6 3.0L blower setup for the 2024+ Ford Mustang GT 5.0L which will get you an astounding 810* flywheel HP and 640* foot pounds of torque on 93-octane gas!

While Whipple broke many rules and records with its record setting S550 supercharger system, holding the title of the most powerful, most advanced supercharger system available, we weren't satisfied and decided to build an all new supercharger from the ground up for the 2024 S650. The new, direct and port injected supercharger system features the brand new Generation 6 3.0L front feed twin-screw supercharger with all new bearings, gears, rotors and housing allow the new supercharger to spin faster, longer and safer while producing more power than any other positive displacement supercharger ever built.

This system is 100% complete, including Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L supercharger, Bosch 55lb/hr fuel injectors, 92mm GT500 Throttle Body, oversized heat exchanger, a tomahawk V2 flash tool with a unique PCM calibration, and all the pre-formed & fitted hoses with all the necessary wiring connectors for a easy installation. The calibration is for stock vehicles or those with a catback only, just bolt on and drive!

the all-new Gen 6 blower! This updated blower features a revamped rotor package and port design, specifically engineered to lower temperatures and enhance airflow across the entire RPM curve. With these improvements, you can expect an increase of 25-40HP+ compared to the Gen 5 Blower, while maintaining identical boost levels on 91 Octane!

These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools or other parts. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend.

With years of OEM and racing experience, Whipple engineers have developed a unique PCM calibration that reconfigures all the necessary engine functions including fuel, spark, knock detection, torque management, transmission control and electronic throttle control. The vehicles PCM constantly monitors the engines torque output while monitoring many different parameters to keep the engine in it’s ideal parameters. If a parameter falls below specification, the PCM will lower boost and torque output until the problem can be cured. No other calibration in the field has such technology, giving the Whipple SC system unheralded performance and reliability. Each Whipple kit comes with unique software and a OBDII flash tool giving the customer the ability to flash/update whenever needed. Each customer also gets the new Flight Control Software, ability to adjust wheel/axle size, octane adjustment, crank/cam relearn and many other unique features.

Each complete Whipple system comes with the IAT2 harness and sensor to properly monitor the delta between the incoming air and the compressed air after the intercoolers, this helps maximize power in all given environments. The 6-rib billet idler system features a billet spring loaded tensioner, billet idler pulleys and lightweight pocketed supercharger pulley. The 6-rib can easily be upgraded to a 10-rib with the optional 10-rib system. Each system comes with an adjustable idler pulley to allow variance in SC pulleys with minimal belt length changes. The massive air inlet allows for nearly any throttle body to be run, 80mm stock, 92mm, or 112mm throttle bodies.

Each system also has multiple options for increased performance such as oversized heat-exchangers with dual fans, billet high flow throttle bodies, oversized cold air intake systems just to name a few.

Each kit comes with step-by-step instruction manuals printed in color to help all installers, including the do-it-yourselfer. Kits come with all the fasteners, all color matched for proper aesthetic appeal.

The Whipple S650 Mustang system uses Bosch 55lb/hr fuel injectors and billet fuel rails, Every fuel line and rubber hose is emissions compliant and features quick connect style for simple installation. Each injector is pre-tested and flow matched. No other fuel system mods are required.
