DART LS Next SHP 427ci 9.240 Deck LSX Stroker Short Block

Dart-LS-NextSHP-Stroker427
Our DART LS Next Race 8 Second Dart Short Block is designed for vehicles looking for a strong foundation for high horsepower. This short block is professionally internally balanced within one gram and ready for your big horsepower street or race car. The extra strength of this setup relies upon a SCAT 4340 forged steel crankshaft and set of SCAT 4340 forged steel H beam rods, with arp2000 capscrews, CP power adder pistons and pins, along with the Dart LS Next SHP splayed 4 bolt main LSX block. All of the LSnext blocks are based on Gen III LS design, but can also be used in newer applications. This is the premium 4 bolt iron block available for LSX based motors and can handle upwards of 1500hp. The included components are safe and reliable for up to 1200 hp and the dart CCW crank and rod option is good to 1500hp+. Rings are gapped for boost unless otherwise specified. A full "blue print" build sheet with all clearances is included. The block has been fully machined after receipt from dart including: bore/hone with torque plates, square deck to the right rms for MLS gaskets, line hone for standard size main bearings, and a full deburr is done on the whole block to take away any sharp corners as well as at the top and the bottom of the cylinders. Finally all plugs are installed with sealant and a new oil filter adapter and Mahle rear main seal is installed. Don't hesitate to ask us about custom internal parts for your exact needs, wants, and application!
