These new systems produce a reliable 40-45%+ horsepower gain with just 7 psi, on otherwise stock 3.6L engines running premium pump gas. Available with a Best-in-Class towing capacity of 7,650-pounds, adding a ProCharger system will make towing a breeze for your new Jeep Gladiator. Featuring the easiest and quickest installation available, our Systems and Tuner Kits were designed with simplicity in mind – No permanent modifications are required, with only minor trimming of fan shroud needed for a simple installation. With both the HO Intercooled System and Tuner Kit you also have your choice of the helical gearset option for lower supercharger noise levels, and your choice of multiple supercharger and bracket finishes–satin, polished, or black finish. Black finish is also available for the intercooler.

These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools or other parts. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend.

Just bolt it on, slightly trim the fan shroud, and GO! The ProCharger belt drive system is easier to service than even the factory system, because the belt can be removed or swapped without any other component removal! ProCharger also mounted the supercharger head unit as high as possible for those JTs that will see some water/mud, and to leave more room for aftermarket suspension/steering parts.

In addition to supercharger upgrade options to our P-1X supercharger, we also offer multiple finish options for the kit. The ProCharger head-unit and bracket can be finished in Satin Aluminum finish (standard), Polished Aluminum finish (optional), or Wrinkle Black finish for a more rugged look (optional). The head-unit can be outfitted with two different styles of internal gearsets: standard gears and helical "quieter" gears for a more subtle tone.

For those wanting to have less noise when driving or off-roading, our helical gearset makes a lot of sense.  These gears are machined of high quality, hardened steel ensuring many miles of reliable, smooth performance.  Helical gearsets are ideal for those Jeeps with a stock or OEM exhaust.
