Use in conjunction with a complete return style fuel system for 1000+ rwhp with dual fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pump under load). Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck. This component requires the use of external feed and return lines, external filtration (for injectors), external regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve is recommended. Supplies port fuel injection and optional wet nitrous. See our complete fuel systems if the extra components are needed.

Depending on pump arrangement, lower assembly may be larger than tank opening. Partial disassembly must be accomplished in order to install in fuel tank.

Note: Fore Innovations offers a compact and wide module depending on what pumps are selected for the compact module you can only use one 255lph or 340LPH pump and one 255-535lph pump. For the wide module you can use any variation of pumps but may require partial disassembly to fit the tank opening.

Description

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

Billet Top Hat
Polymer Dual Fuel Pump Holder (offered in compact or wide variations)
Wires for OE sensors (such as level, temperature) with bullet connectors to be reconnected to OE harness
6 inches of insulated pump power wire protrude from top of hermetic seal with bare ends

*This system does NOT include feed fittings, return fittings, fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines or fuel pump filter.

Frequent Asked Questions

Q: Can I use this system with E85?
A: Yes, as long as you select microglass ssd or stainless filter element and select E85 rated fuel pumps.

Q: Should I select the FC2 or FC3 controller?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.

FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.
