Fore Innovations Corvette C7 fuel pump module provides low pressure fuel for over 1500 rwhp with triple fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pumps under load). Supplies High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) and auxiliary port injection and/or wet nitrous. Includes in-tank supply system that retains OE transfer, fuel level senders, and EVAP functionality. Requires upgraded feed and return lines, high capacity filtration and check valve, flow through t-block direct mounted on HPFP inlet tube, high capacity fuel pressure regulator.

This fuel system will allow fuel to vaporize at the HPFP inlet and places the HPFP at risk for starting dry. Fore Innovations recommends an axillary prime method be implemented to ensure liquid fuel (not vapor) is supplied to pump before engine start. We offer an optional prime button and time; however, we have found that some installers/owners prefer the prime function be assigned to the brake pedal or clutch pedal.

Dual regulators is suggested to maximize output (adds ~150 whp on E85 with triple pumps)

Description

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

Billet Top Hat
Polymer Triple Fuel Pump Holder
Wires for OE sensors (such as level, temperature) with bullet connectors to be reconnected to OE harness
6 inches of insulated pump power wire protrude from top of hermetic seal with bare ends

*This system does NOT include feed fittings, return fittings, fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines or fuel pump filter.

Frequent Asked Questions

Q: Can I use this system with E85?
A: Yes, as long as you select microglass ssd or stainless filter element and select E85 rated fuel pumps.

Q: Should I select the FC2 or FC3 controller?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.

FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.
