Use in conjunction with a complete return style fuel system for 1000+ rwhp with triple fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pump under load). Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck. This component requires the use of external feed and return lines, external filtration (for injectors), external regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve is recommended. Supplies port fuel injection and optional wet nitrous.

This product has many options see the blue "choose product options" to configure your system and avoid any delays!

Note: This system does NOT include fuel pumps or fuel pump filter they can all be added using the product options.

Description

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM/FPCM, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

What's included in the base system?
Billet Top Hat
Polymer Dual Fuel Pump Holder
Wires for OE sensors (such as level, temperature) with bullet connectors to be reconnected to OE harness
6 inches of insulated pump power wire protrude from top of hermetic seal with bare ends

*This system does NOT include feed fittings, return fittings, fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines or fuel pump filter.

Frequent Asked Questions

Q: Can I use this system with E85?
A: Yes, as long as you select microglass ssd or stainless filter element and select E85 rated fuel pumps.

Q: Should I select the FC2 or FC3 controller?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.

FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.
