Note: This supercharger system is compatible with V-belt or Serpentine accessory drives (serp. drive kits are designed for reverse rotation water pump)
*This kit will also fit Pre-1970 289 and 302 engines w/4-bolt dampener, but will require cylinder heads with accessory bolt holes.
Description
Supercharger kit includes:
TorqStorm supercharger (capable of 40-50% gains over base horsepower and torque at 6-8# of boost while being capable of supporting 700+HP)
Supercharger pulley (your choice 3.1, 3.25, 3.50, 3.75, 4.00)
8" Crank Pulley
Carb hat
BOV and tube
couplers, clamps, air filter and all necessary brackets and hardware for a complete installation of supercharger to your engine.
Additional components are needed to complete the installation in your vehicle:
blow through carburetor or proper TB injection system, electronic fuel pump capable of supporting the proper fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator with 1:1 boost reference. An ignition system that is capable of pulling timing under boost, such as the MSD BTM 6462. Premium fuel is required when adding boost to your vehicle and a custom calibration after installation.
* Intercoolers are suggested on all non-carbureted applications. A bung is included for water meth injection
* Tune not included
