An MLS head gasket that provides the robust seal needed to contain peak combustion pressures and temperatures—and to withstand the significant casting motion encountered in many of today's automotive engines. BTR's head gaskets feature multiple layers of steel, precisely engineered sealing beads, and advanced polymer coatings to maintain a proper contact pressure between the cylinder head and block.
