This BTR camshaft and DOD/AFM/DFM delete kit includes everything needed to install including the world renown Gen V L83/L8B/L82/L84 stage 2 camshaft. Small twin 58-6X mm or single turbos in the 80-88mm range. This camshaft offers an aggressive idle with great midrange and top end capability. Designed this kit to allow the use of a special cam sensor designed to work with the OEM timing cover available in our 3 BOLT VVT LOCKOUT KIT, which allows you to use this specially machined 3 bolt Gen V camshaft with an LS3 cam gear and retain the factory Gen V VVT front cover. Stock ECUs will have limitations, see cam card. Some wire connector trimming is required; see instructions.

Note: L83 and L84 use different DOD plugs use the options to select your engine type, this kit has many product options please make sure you see the blue "choose product options" button to configure your system and avoid any delays.

*Notice, Custom tuning is required after installation to properly configure the camshaft and disable the DFM/AFM/DOD system.

Important Information: Please select your options using the blue button. To install these parts a new crankshaft bolt is required. The cam install kit is highly recommended as the camshaft bolt can only be reused a few times and many techs like to always install new ones. Arp bolts/studs are reusable. Short travel lifters allow higher rpm capability and also require .050 shorter pushrods (so if everything is factory untouched 7.800").
