Harrop R53 Mini Cooper S 1.6L 2001-2006 Eaton M45 to TVS900 Supercharger Upgrade System

This is a Harrop TVS900 Supercharger upgrade system for the 2001-2006 R53 Mini Cooper S 1.6L which will get you 188hp and 164lb/ft of torque on just 16.4 psi of boost!

This kit is for customers with the OE Eaton M45 blower already installed to upgrade to a Harrop TVS900 head unit. It includes the entire TVS900 supercharger, along with some brackets, hoses to complete the install. Everything needed for the upgrade is inside the box aside from supercharger pulley and belt must be purchased using the blue product option button! this upgrade will reuse the OE Calibration (Only when using a 70mm Supercharger Pulley, Smaller or Larger pulleys will require custom tuning) OE Intercooler, OE radiator, OE Injectors and OE Fuel pump.

Through extensive packaging analysis, the Harrop TVS900 Supercharger is of OE appearance and mounts in the factory M45 Supercharger position using the factory 6PK belt path and tensioner. Along with the Harrop manufactured Supercharger housing, this kit comes complete with a cast Aluminium throttle body adapter, billet outlet adapter and heater hose adapter, replacement electric water pump and all ancillary items to complete bolt-on kit. Further to this, different pulley sizes area viable for the customer who wants even more performance and has the appropriate supporting engine mods and tuning solution.
