This Supercharger Kit features the largest and most efficient rotating group developed by Eaton Boasting a 50% gain over stock horsepower. Designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia. Utilizing Eaton's TRD OEM design and manufacturing capability to release the world’s first aftermarket Supercharger system featuring TVS2650 technology to suit the Toyota 3UR-FE 5.7L V8. This engine is found in global vehicle platforms like the Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, Toyota LC200 and Lexus LX 570. The TVS2650 supercharger is 40% larger than the TRD TVS1900 supercharger.

Information for flex fuel vehicles this system will work with your vehicle, but E85 fuels will not longer be compatible.
Description
These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation into Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, Land-Cruiser 200 and Lexus LX 570 with 5.7L V8 Engines. As well as a direct upgrade for the Toyota Tundra TRD 1900 or Aftermarket 1900 Supercharged variants. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools or other parts. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend.

Technical Specs:
Eaton TVS2650 supercharger technology. The TVS2650 supercharger is 40% larger than the TVS1900 (2650cc vs 1900cc)
Integrated Supercharger Bypass system which relieves boost under light load conditions, reducing drive loss and improving fuel economy
High density water to air intercooler system: Front mount heat exchanger: Close pitch core matrix at 28mm thick. Overall size is 590x390mm, In-manifold intercoolers, X 2: Close pitch dual pass cores with high density fin at 73mm thick.
Stage 1 kit Includes 85mm Supercharger pulley and must be installed as supplied without any modifications.
Stage 1 kits can be installed without re-calibration. Minimum 98-RON (93-AKI) fuel must be used. Verification of knock control, Air/Fuel ratios and Boost pressure on dyno is recommended. Refer to pages 7 & 8 for more information.
Flex Fuel vehicles require custom fuel pump, engine calibration and suitable injectors which are not included in Stage 1 or 2 kits.
The Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger is capable of producing over 1000 hp with further supporting modifications including suitable intake and throttle, Supercharger drive, built engine, exhaust and custom calibration.
