GM E41 ECM Service Requirements:
ECM GM E41 License for tuning: 8 Universal Credits (See the blue product option button to add required universal credit tokens!)
Requires MPVI3 interface and the latest version of VCM Suite BETA

Vehicle Fitment:
2017+ Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax
2017+ GMC Sierra 2500/3500 6.6L Duramax

Upgrade ECM Service:
This one-time, send-in upgrade option will upgrade your original or spare E41 ECM to enable tuning in VCM Suite. Simply send us your ECM and we’ll send it back to you fully upgraded for tuning in the latest VCM Suite BETA. This means you must remove your ECM from your vehicle and ship it to HP Tuners.

No IMMO relearn*
No crank relearn*
No “Replace ECM” function*
*As long as the ECM is installed back into the same vehicle it came from. If you send in a spare ECM, you must complete all reprograming and relearns in the installation instructions.

Important Note: This is a send-in service that requires you to send HP Tuners your ECM for servicing.

New ECM Purchase:
This option allows you to purchase a brand-new, fully upgraded E41 ECM instead of sending in your original controller for servicing. This is ideal for enthusiasts who want their vehicles up and running as quickly as possible.

Once you install the brand-new, already upgraded E41 ECM, you must follow these installation steps.

Important Notes:
ECMs with broken tabs will NOT be accepted for Upgrades.
Your Purchased or Upgraded E41 ECM can only be tuned via the OBDII port with an MPVI 3 updated to the latest version of VCM Suite BETA, and an internet connection.
No other tuning or calibration tools can be used with the ECM (including dealer reflash tools).
The latest version of VCM Suite can be used to return to stock calibration and/or update to the latest stock calibration.
If you select the PURCHASE option, you must follow the installation steps once receiving your new ECM.
VCM Scanner, Dealer Diagnostic, and other diagnostic tools will continue to function normally.
VCM Suite (version 4.13+) can be used to return to the stock calibration and/or update to the latest stock calibration.
If purchasing a new ECM, the Vehicle Anti-Theft System relearn (by a dealer tool) is required once the new ECM is installed.
The GM E41 ECM Upgrade Service take 1-3 business days to complete (not including shipping times) per ECM.

Due to the factory location of the ECM in the vehicle, all ECMs will exhibit signs of weathering and wear, which is completely normal.
