The wait is finally over! XJ Jeep Systems from ARH have arrived! Featuring our 6 into 1 merge collector manufactured using USA made 304 S/S and designed with a rotational firing sequence for increased power and torque. Guaranteed to outperform and outlast anything currently on the market, these headers were designed to never crack while handling the toughest conditions you can throw at them! Our XJ Jeep Headers are 1-5/8" primaries with a 2-1/2" collector. After this collector we bump the tubing size for the rest of the system to 3". This is due to fitment and ensures the best performance/fit for your XJ.

connection pipe can be optioned with ARH severe duty 300-cell cats or G-Sport high-flow 400-cell cats (recommended for those making 650+ HP) or non-catted connection pipe.
