American Racing Headers long tube headers long system for the GM Truck 5.3L 2019+ features 304 stainless steel 3" merge collectors, your choice of 1-3/4" x 3" or 1-7/8" x 3" primaries and catted or non-catted y-pipe along with all the necessary hardware and gaskets for a bolt-on installation.

Y-Pipe can be optioned with ARH severe duty 300-cell cats or G-Sport high-flow 400-cell cats (recommended for those making 650+ HP) or non-catted y-pipe.
