The Walbro 535lph "turbine style" High-Pressure fuel pump is designed to meet the fuel-hungry demands of modern supercharger and turbo-charging enthusiasts. The Walbro 535lph High Pressure unit can flow close to the amount of dual in-tank pumps or large externals but in a small, convenient and surprisingly quiet package. This pump is a great solution for high fuel pressure turbocharged cars and anyone looking to make big power and run high boost with a simple fuel system where the 400lph won't suffice.

Walbro's turbine pump head uses two sets of turbine blades set in parallel on a common shaft (like a jet engine). This high efficiency pump design pressurizes the fuel as it flows through the pump axially without forcing the fluid to change direction - the end result is tremendous flow rates at a variety of different rail pressures and to suit various injector sizes.

This pump can flow anywhere from 0-100 psi, which is determined by your fuel pressure regulator. This is an aftermarket high performance fuel pump and modifications will be needed. If you receive the pump and have read the directions, but still have questions, please email us for install help. All of our pumps are always in stock and will often ship the day of payment.

Boosted applications that see higher fuel pressures can still make 1,000 hp with this pump, but not when over 100 psi because the fuel heats up and can cause problems. Also, a fuel pump can't pump when it doesn't get enough voltage. These pumps REQUIRE an aftermarket FPR, larger than stock fuel supply and return lines, upgraded 14 gauge or larger pump electrical wiring, a minimum 15 amp fuse, but likely a 20 amp fuse, and a good relay to support the high flow fuel pump properly.
