This Stage 2+ clutch will fit the 2009-2012 BMW 335 3.0L from production on 2/2009. These clutch kits are designed for use with the original dual mass flywheel, and the flywheels can be used with a stock or any stock designed aftermarket self-ratcheting pressure plate. The billet aluminum flwyheel weighs 15 lbs, and the billet steel 25 lbs. Stage Two Plus
These clutches are great for all moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines making more torque than the Stage 2 can support. The Stage 2+ offers great daily drivability and very good wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity while maintaining Stage 2 feel. The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, pure Kevlar and carbon-graphite friction material clutch disc with a high torque sprung hub and disc assembly with install tool. This application does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly.

These clutch kits are designed for use with stock flywheels or SPEC flywheels SB53A-4 or SB53S-4.
SPEC Stage 2+ Clutch Kit:
Features a multi-friction disc in a full faced configuration with carbon semi-metallic on one side and Kevlar on the other. Bridging the gap between stage 2 and stage 3, the 2+ offers drivability and engagement quality characteristic of the stage 2, but with a 15-20% higher torque capacity. The sprung hub (application dependent) version is double sprung with spring cover relieves for flexibility and heat treated components for strength and durability.
