Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2012-2015 3.8L Stage 2+ SPEC Clutch

This Stage 2+ clutch will fit the Hyundai Genesis Coupe and will hold 545 lbft. of torque at the flywheel. These clutch kits are for use in cars beginning Jan 2012 production and requires SPEC Flywheel Part #SY83S-4.
Stage Two Plus
These clutches are great for all moderately modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines making more torque than the Stage 2 can support. The Stage 2+ offers great daily drivability and very good wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity while maintaining Stage 2 feel. The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, hybrid Kevlar and carbon-graphite friction material clutch disc with a high torque sprung hub and disc assembly with install tool. This application does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly.

Features a multi-friction disc in a full faced configuration with carbon semi-metallic on one side and Kevlar on the other. Bridging the gap between stage 2 and stage 3, the 2+ offers drivability and engagement quality characteristic of the stage 2, but with a 15-20% higher torque capacity. The hub is double sprung with spring cover relieves for flexibility and heat treated components for strength and durability.
