Ford Mustang 2011-2017 5.0L GT / Boss 302 Stage 1 SPEC Clutch

This Stage 1 clutch will fit the 2011-2017 Ford Mustang 5.0L GT and Boss 302 and will hold 550 lbft. of torque at the flywheel. These clutch kits have the 9 bolt pressure plate cover pattern for use in cars beginning 3/2011 production or in a any car fitted with a 9 bolt pressure plate pattern flywheel.

Stage One
These clutches are great as a replacement for the stock clutch, and engage as smooth with stock-like daily drivability, but are much higher quality with very good wear characteristics. They are also good for high performance street driving, or light drag strip action for bolt on naturally aspirated and mildly modified forced induction engines. The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, steel-backed and multi-compound woven organic clutch disc with a high torque sprung hub and disc assembly with install tool. This application does not utilize a conventional throwout bearing, as the releaser is a concentric hydraulic slave/bearing assembly. This concentric slave is available at your local dealership.
