TREperformance Policies
SHIPPING
All in stock parts shipped to the continental United States will be received within 5 to 10 business days. Special orders (i.e. AFR Cylinder Heads, custom headers, etc.) may take up to 8 weeks for delivery, and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Domestic orders will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX and international orders via USPS. All shipping prices on our website are for the continental US. Items shipped with USPS Priority to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped at the same price, but FedEx items will require an additional fee. We will ship any item we carry to any location in the world if you have a confirmed address in Paypal. If you DO NOT have a confirmed address in paypal, we will ship to you if you pay with a bank transfer. Please call for information regarding next day or second day shipping, and Alaska, Hawaii, or international delivery.
CUSTOM WORKS
Custom built engines may take up to 12 weeks to be completed. Once payment has been received by TREperformance for custom built engines we cannot offer refunds since the work is already in progress. Short and long block orders will ship via Forward Air (www.forwardair.com) which is a terminal to terminal service. The pallet ships to the terminal closest to the payment address, unless other arrangements have been made with the customer. The pallet is loaded via forklift into the customer's vehicle at the Forward Air warehouse. Our engine page lists pricing of our other shipping options.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE/CANCELLED ORDERS
No merchandise may be returned for any reason without prior permission from TREperformance. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number assigned from TREperformance. This number should be placed in large letters outside any box being returned. We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods, but a 20% charge will be deducted on all returned merchandise. All returns must be received within 45 days. Since we are unable to return special orders to the manufacturer, we are sorry but all special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to special orders placed by TREperformance with the manufacturers which have not been shipped to the customer. Also, once payment has been received by TREperformance for custom built engines we cannot offer refunds since the work is already in progress.
WARNING
Some of the products offered by TREperformance have been designed for off road/racing applications only. These products are not legal for use in the state of California on any pollution/control motor vehicle. These performance products are legal in California only on a racing vehicle which may never be used or driven on a public highway.
