Utilizing VMP’s latest patent-pending inlet port technology and Eaton’s 2.65 L TVS rotors, the VMP Gen3R is the most powerful and efficient blower VMP offers. Able to produce amazing horsepower and torque numbers, the VMP Gen3R has all new casting, patent-pending port geometry, a smoother airflow path into the rotors, and utilizes the stock Cobra throttle-body bolt pattern for an improved short-turn radius over the VMP Gen3 supercharger. The VMP Gen3R is so efficient and powerful, that a 2.8” pulley with a stock crankshaft pulley is the limit of 93 octane unless otherwise consulted. To ensure your Cobra runs at peak performance, with the installation of this kit, VMP is the only supercharger company to offer a tune with kit purchase. Extra horsepower demands more fuel. The VMP Cobra kit will require either fuel pump voltage boosters or a return style fuel system. These parts will have your car breathing better than ever before and be sure to have you polishing your tail lights more often.

These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools or other parts. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend. 

The Cobra Gen3R " Terminator" Supercharger kit was designed from OEM CAD data to fit perfectly and clear the stock hood. Some clearancing of the coolant crossover tube is required. It is a one piece housing with a side inlet like the factory supercharger. The one piece design makes for a very rigid housing, allows for a larger rear inlet, decreases the chance of vacuum leaks, and makes installation easier. With the VMP TVS you get the reliability of an Eaton blower and the performance of the TVS rotorpack design. The Twin-Vortices-Series compressor has proven itself to be highly efficient over a wide operating range of 10-22+psi. It is a high twist symetrical 4-lobe rotor design with excellent adiabatic efficiency.
