This Stage 4 clutch will fit all 00-03 5.0L BMW M5s.

The kit comes with a high clamp pressure plate, 3, 4 or 6 puck carbon semi-metallic rigid 2-piece clutch disc with high torque rigid hub and carrier assembly, bearings and tool.
