Our 357w Performance Short Block is designed for the customer looking for a more street oriented, under 7000rpm, and under 600hp stock crank engine. There are 4340 steel crank and rod upgrades available below to make it capable in the 700hp area, and for over that we have our dart block based 351w Stroker Race Short Block available. The cast crank version is available in 357, 393, 408, and 426ci versions. The 4340 forged steel version with 4340 H-beam or 4340 I-Beam rods is available in 357, 383, 393, 408, 418, and 426ci versions. This short block, along with all our other stroker short blocks, is balanced to 28oz. Don't hesitate to ask us about custom internal parts including other name brand internals at the lowest possible pricing for your exact needs, wants, and application!

Block: .030 over TREperformance 351w
block.
Crank: OEM cast steel 3.5" turned .010/.010 (357ci with 4.030 block).
Rods: TREperformance 5140 Forged I beam with arp bolts, with 4340 H beam, 4340 I beam, and 4340 Lightweight I beam as available options.
Bearings: Clevite P series rod and main.
Pistons: Probe SRS 2618-t6 high alloy lightweight forged pistons, Flat top, dish top, or blower dish top are all available, and we can obtain many compression ratios using different available shelf pistons, email for details for your specific setup. These pistons are very light and strong for high boost or nitrous setups and have large valve reliefs for healthy camshafts.
Rings: Total Seal high performance moly rings.
