C&L is proud to announce the release of the ULTIMATE air intake upgrade package for 2007 and newer Shelby GT500 Mustangs. Through extensive development and testing, we have been able to create a package that delivers more than 35% additional range and 36% more total airflow to the engine than the stock intake assembly can provide.

This system has more range than any other aftermarket intake upgrade for these vehicles, which means that it will support a higher level of power than any other competing products. By using our proprietary flowstand to develop the mass airflow transfer function, we are able to program our tuning solution to the same standard that Ford coded into the processor from the factory. Instead of using "trial and error" or "guessing" to arrive at the proper MAF adjustments in the computer, we have programmed our tuning adjustments with the EXACT and proper values. This ensures that the computer has a more accurate control of the air/fuel ratio throughout all engine operating conditions.

Since the Predator has it's own operating system contained within the unit, you are able to make all adjustments without the need to interface the hand held device with a computer. The only reason why you would ever need to hook the Predator up to a PC would be to perform a new revision update or to transfer information that you have data logged into the unit for advanced diagnostics. If there is anything at all that you would like to change about the programming on the vehicle, it can be easily performed by yourself without the need of involving a professional tuner. Through a simple user interface, you can easily change important settings such as: Top speed limiter, rev limiters, tire diameter, rear axle ratio, ignition timing and wide open throttle fuel delivery.

If you make future changes to the vehicle that effect the tuning requirements of the engine, these adjustments are easily performed through the Predator. Using your existing tune as a base, you can modify parameters as necessary and then load the adjusted tune into the computer. If making significant changes to the fuel or timing, we strongly recommend that you use a dyno that is equipped with a wide-band air/fuel ratio analyzer, so that appropriate adjustments can be made.
